Neo Age Seng started his tooling career with Philips Machinery Factory upon completing his apprenticeship in metal machining and tool and die making in 1979. He went on to acquire an Industrial Craftsman Certificate and a Certificate in Plastic Mold Design. With his background, he joined local plastic injection molding companies, HP Singapore and Apple Computer where he built a wealth of experience in the complete chain of mold manufacturing and plastic injection molding.

Today, Age Seng is the Managing Director of Omni Mold Ltd, a premier tool manufacturer in Singapore and a related company of The Tech Group Inc. as well as Managing Director of Tech Group Singapore.

Age Seng is currently a council member of the Singapore Precision Engineering and Tooling Association. He is active in promoting the use of technology in upgrading the tooling capability in Singapore.
